Friday, Feb. 5

Mushroom Tour

Join the East End Mushroom Company on Friday, Feb. 5 for a tour of the facility and a talk on growing mushrooms.

The tour runs from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Space is limited and reservations are required. The tour is free and recommended for adults only. Please call (631) 876-5401 to reserve your space. Food Pantry Fundraiser

Party for a good cause at the 4th Annual Food Pantry Fundraiser at Martha Clara Vineyards on Friday, Feb. 5. From 6 to 10 p.m. enjoy live music by Gene Casey & the Lone Sharks plus Who Are Those Guys? Tickets are $30 at the door; $20 per person for parties of 10 or more (must be purchased in advance).

Ticket price includes one glass of wine, plus light fare provided by The Petulant Wino Catering. There will also be drawings for prizes.

Proceeds benefit Long Island Council of Churches and Open Arms Care Center food pantries in Riverhead; Community Action Southold Town (CAST) food pantry in Greenport; Human Resources food pantry in Southampton and Springs food pantry in East Hampton.

Led Zeppelin Concert

Get the lead out with Lez Zeppelin. They’re the all-girl band performing the music of Led Zeppelin Friday night, Feb. 5, at The Suffolk Theater.

Tickets are $35. Doors, bar and restaurant open at 6:30 p.m. and the show starts at 8 p.m.

Saturday, Feb. 6

Gardening at Downs Farm Preserve

Learn how adding native plants can increase the presence of birds, butterflies and other wildlife in your garden. Learn how to select the right plants to create the right wildlife habitat.

The event runs from 10:30 a.m. until noon on Saturday, Feb. 6.

Sunday, Feb. 7

Paint & Sip

Enjoy an afternoon of wine and painting, hosted by Potter Designs. From 1 to 3 p.m., sip Martha Clara Vineyards wines as you paint and decorate wine glasses. Tickets are $40 per person and will include two hand painted glasses per person.
