A group of friends arrive at the festival for a bachelor party.

The 9th annual North Fork Craft Beer Festival was held on the grounds of the former Calverton Links Golf Course in Calverton Saturday afternoon.

Over 50 world class craft brewers poured samples of hundreds of different brews to the thirsty crowd of several hundred.

New to the festival this year were food trucks serving up everything from wood fired pizza to specialty pickles.

Six-person golf carts were used to shuttle people to and from the parking areas, making a lot of people happy to avoid the long walk under a scorching sun.

The event will help to raise funds for KIDS NEED MORE and the Alzheimer’s Association’s annual walk to end Alzheimer’s.
