The first annual River Craft Beverage Festival was held on the grounds of East End Arts in Riverhead Saturday.

The event was made possible by a NYS Craft Beverage Grant through Empire State Development and I LOVE NY/ New York State’s Division of Tourism.

The festival showcased craft beer, wine, and hard cider from over 20 New York craft beverage makers and offered beer sampling, live music, and food & craft vendors.

Participating vendors include Spiked Seltzer, Po’Boy Brewery, Bellport Brewery, Crooked Ladder Brewing Co.Moustache Brewing Co., Long Island Pickle Co., Woodside Orchards, Whole Le Crepe, and Holy Schmitts.

The event will took place directly after the third annual Paddle Battle, a stand up paddle board, kayak and canoe race on the Peconic River that raised money for three non for profit organizations: United Way Vet’s Build Program, Riverhead Foundation and the East End Tourism Alliance.
