Famed North Fork pasty chef Claudia Fleming has you covered.

In a video recently posted by the Long Island Convention and Visitor’s Bureau Fleming, co-owner of renowned North Fork Table & Inn in Southold, gives step-by-step instructions on how to make her strawberry rhubarb shortcake topped with frozen goat yogurt and pistachios.

As you might imagine, Fleming highlighted the use of seasonal North Fork produce and wine in her two-and-half minute video where she creates the irresistible shortcake using local strawberries and rhubarb pouched in North Fork rosé.

“The entire menu is dictated by what is available,” she explained before whipping up her dish. “You find ingredients are inspired by them and create that way.”
