If you like ‘wastin’ away again in Margaritaville’ you are going to love “Our Weekend Pick.”
Long Island’s premier Jimmy Buffet tribute band The Ed Travers Band is preforming at Martha Clara Vineyards this Sunday during Winterfest, a six-week mid-winter Music Festival taking place in Long Island’s vineyard tasting rooms, craft breweries, hotels and theaters.
The group known for capturing Buffet’s laid-back musical style has been bringing a taste of Margaritaville to Long Island for more than 30 years.
And while you are there you can also check out paintings by the vineyard’s artist in residence Jacob Edward, whose works will be on display in the tasting room until March 31.
The band is performing from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Martha Clara’s tasting room, located at 6025 Sound Ave. in Riverhead.
Admission is free. Though the show may be standing room only as seating is first come, first served.
