In the market for a food truck? The owners of the Roaming Fork might have the perfect deal for you.

After closing their business in August, husband-and-wife team Joe and Stephanie McEvoy Pincar-Coleman have put their state-of-the-art food truck up for sale.

It comes fully loaded with brand new cooking equipment any chef would be proud to work with and the Suffolk County Health Services Department has already given the green light for the truck to operate. The Colemans are including the architectural drawings of truck in the sale to help out with any future permits you might need.

The only thing that isn’t for sale is the name of the company, said Mr. Coleman, who was also the Roaming Fork’s chef.

For now the Colemans, who have operated the Roaming Fork for two seasons, have plenty else keeping them busy. Mr. Coleman is a full-time teacher in the William Floyd School District, while Ms. Coleman is running her budding Mattituck catering company Grace & Grit. If that wasn’t enough, the couple recently welcomed a baby girl into the family.

“The business was successful … but it was getting a little stressful,” Mr. Coleman said. “Teaching is my full-time job and the catering company is my wife’s, so for us to run a food truck that is another full-time job on its own.”

The couple hopes to bring back the food truck business down the line when things settle down, he said.

“We are sad to see it go but we will come back with a vengeance,” said Mr. Coleman, who declined to publicly state the asking price.

Mr. Coleman said there has been a lot of interest in the truck, but not an  offer yet. So, if you’re serious about buying it email the Colemans at [email protected]
