Organic farming meets craft beer this weekend during Oktoberfest at Garden of Eve Organic Farm and Market in Riverhead.
Offering a little something for everyone, the two-day festival has pumpkin picking, farm tours, vendors and, of course, beer to get you into the Oktoberfest spirit. Some of the brewers include the island’s favorite beer makers like Greenport Harbor Brewing Company and Rocky Point Artisan Brewers.
For the kids there will be games and play equipment, pumpkin picking, pony rides, hayrides, and animals to see and feed.
Tickets must be purchased in advance and are $15 for adults over 21. The price includes one free tasting from each brewery in attendance.
Other beer can be purchased on-site.
Children and teens under 21 are admitted free. Proceeds fund WUSB, Long Island’s Largest Non-Commercial Radio Station.
