A $10,000 Italian vacation for two will be raffled off Sept. 21, 2014, at the 25th Annual Greenport Maritime Festival. The East End Seaport Museum & Marine Foundation will be selling tickets to raise funds to support the Preserve Bug Light Campaign. A maximum of 1,000 tickets will be sold for $50 per ticket.
The holder of the winning ticket will receive an 11-day trip for two, including airfare, to Italy. “The Best of Italy,” a journey to Venice, Florence, Assisi, Rome, Sorrento and Capri, was donated by Insight Vacations and Altour Travel, the host of the Altour Travel Show on Saturday, Sept. 20, at the Maritime Festival.
