Looking for last-minute plans tonight, Aug. 22? How does a free concert on Shelter Island sound?
The Perlman Music Program will celebrate its 20th anniversary with a special evening of chamber music at 7:30 p.m. on PMP campus’ Geffenberg Performance Tent (73 Shore Road, Shelter Island Heights).
Selections will be played by PMP’s master faculty and alumni and will include favorites by Bach, Beethoven, Brahms and Dvorak, according to a press release.
To guarantee a seat, PMP recommends arriving at least 15 minutes early. Virtuoso Society members can reserve their seats in advance by emailing [email protected] or calling 212-877-5045.
