Thousands of people sampled brews from as far away as Germany and as near as Greenport at the North Fork Craft, Beer, BBQ & Wine Festival at Peconic Bay Winery on Saturday.

The annual festival, held for the first time at the now-shuttered Cutchogue winery, provides a day of good beer, good food and summer fun on the North Fork.

Local breweries like Riverhead’s Crooked Ladder Brewing Co., Long Ireland Beer Co. and Moustache Brewing Co. and Greenport Harbor Brewing Co. were all on hand. Maple Tree BBQ in Riverhead cooked for the beer lovers.
