Grab a blanket and a bottle for ‘Twilight Tuesday’ at Corey Creek

Bust those mid-week blues tonight with an evening under the stars at Corey Creek Vineyards’ “Twilight Series.”

The North Fork Food Truck will be serving food at the Southold vineyard tonight, Tuesday, and Bryce Larsen will perform as part of the weekly “Twilight Tuesday” series.

The event runs from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. and admission is $5 for those over 12.

Each Monday (Moonlight Monday), Tuesday (Twilight Tuesday) and Thursday (Twilight Thursday) through Sept. 4, Corey Creek will host the event with live music, local food vendors, lawn games and regular wine tastings.

Families are encouraged to bring their own blankets and chairs. Chef Noah Schwartz will be cooking on Mondays, Claudia Fleming of the North Fork Food Truck will be there on Tuesdays and a variety of vendors will rotate on Thursdays.

Vera Chinese has been the editor of northforker.com and northforker magazines since May 2014. Prior to that she spent two and a half years as a staff reporter for the New York Daily News. She previously worked for the Southampton Press Western Edition and was named the third place 2008 Rookie Reporter of the Year by the New York Press Association. She graduated from Wagner College in 2006 where she received a bachelor's degree in English. She earned a master's degree in English education from New York University in 2007. She is a 2002 graduate of Eastport High School and has lived on the East End for more than 20 years.
