An outdoor venue versatile enough to host events as small as a garden party or as big as a 300-guest affair, Salt Air Farm in Cutchogue is a distinctly charming place to say your “I do’s .”

The farm, which stretches between two salt marsh inlets along Peconic Bay, is owned and operated by Prudence and Dan Heston, who keep bees on the property to make honey and tend to rows of hydrangeas, wildflowers, dahlias and antique garden roses.

After the ceremony, guests can play croquet on the Olympic-size lawn court or pick fruit from the farm’s peach and nectarine trees. If you prefer, the Heston’s 10-year-old daughter, Sadie, will take a basket and pluck the fruit for you.
