Maple Tree Deli & BBQ is serving up a delicious St. Patrick’s Day weekend feast today and Saturday.
At 4 p.m. on both days, the BBQ spot will be offering from a smoked whole leg of lamb sliced over stewed root vegetables with a Jameson demi-glace.
The lamb will be served until the restaurant closes, which will be whenever things start to slow down each evening, according to owner Kevin Judge.
This limited time menu item will be served in addition to a special St. Patrick’s themed menu that will run through next weekend.
“We’re keeping it going through next weekend because you never know where there’s a parade going and this is a great menu whether it’s St. Patrick’s Day or not,” Judge said.
